We take seriously the command of Jesus found in Acts 1:8 to be a witness of Christ in our Jerusalem, our Judea, our Samaria and to the ends of the earth. Jerusalem represents local mission opportunities, Judea represents regional mission opportunities, Samaria represents North American mission opportunities and the ends of the earth, represent international missions. Whether it is across the street or around the world, we desire to take the message of Christ to all people.
At Trinity, we truly have a global touch with the gospel as we have been personally involved in taking the message of Christ around the world. We have taken short-term mission trips to Haiti, Mozambique, Uganda, Honduras and others. From the perspective of our Samaria, we have sent teams to Virginia and Texas with the good news of the Gospel and to share God’s amazing love. Additionally we are on continuous mission in and around our community for the sake of the gospel.
The cause of missions and the advancement of the gospel is attended to on a 24 hour basis through our commitment as a Southern Baptist church. Below, you will find a description of how we are continuously involved in missions through SBC mission giving.
